Partial Payment Policy

2. Partial Payment Restrictions

• Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for partial payment.
• Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) tickets are not eligible for partial payment such as Indigo, Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways, SalamAir etc.
• Only Refundable tickets qualify for partial payment services.
• Applicable for International Tickets only.

3. Commission & Balance Requirements

• The commission for partial payment services will be applied as per the system’s predefined structure.
• Agencies must maintain a minimum balance equal to the partial amount of the ticket in their account.

4. Payment Process & Timeline

• Payment must be completed in two transactions:
  • First invoice: Partial payment amount
  • Second invoice: Due balance adjustment
• If the due amount is not paid within the due payment date, the ticket will be refunded as per company policy.

5. Payment Deadlines Based on Flight Date

• 0-6 days before departure: No partial payment allowed.
• 7-10 days before departure: Full payment must be made within 3 days.
• 11-15 days before departure: Full payment must be made within 7 days.
• 16+ days before departure: Full payment must be made within 10 days.

6. Refunds, Voids & Reissues

• A BDT 1,000 charge applies for partial payment refundsonly if the agent fails to clear the due amount. Otherwise, regular charge will be applicable for refund.
• A BDT 200 charge applies for voiding a ticket.
• Refunds will follow standard airline policies, including additional applicable charges.
• For void or reissue requests, the due amount must be paid before processing.
